On 17 January 2026, at the Istituto Italiano di Cultura in Madrid, on the occasion of the finissage of the exhibition "The Cascella family. Beyond time", the exhibition catalogue was presented. Published by Treccani, it is devoted to the history and artistic production of one of the most significant families in the Italian cultural landscape.

During the event, Guicciardo Sassoli guided the audience through the artistic journey of the Cascella family, exploring the value of their cultural legacy and the dialogue between art, memory and research across the family’s different generations.

The initiative was organised in collaboration with the Associazione Casa Abruzzo – La Casa degli Abruzzesi in Spagna, confirming the role of culture as a means of enhancing Italian artistic heritage and strengthening ties with Italian communities abroad.
